Welcome

Mountain Grabbers introduces an outdoor line of winter jackets, winter
coat, and other mountain gear made in Nepal, the land of the Himilayas
by Sherpas.
Deep in the Land of the Himalayas lie a people called Sherpa. They
are a humble, mild-mannered people - not physically large, but very
strong and enduring. Sherpas are the backbone of any Himalayan expedition.
The expeditions up Everest and other 8000-meter peaks in the region
involve the Sherpa people. Sherpas set the line, prepare the high-camps,
and carry the food and equipment up these high mountains - oftentimes
without proper equipment. For every one time a Westerner climbs between
camps, a Sherpa will make three ascents and descents between the camps.
Sadly, no one knows much about them. UNTIL NOW!
Mountain Grabbers presents a new outdoor line based on the Sherpa
legacy and people. These products exemplify Sherpas - rugged, quality,
but not flashy. Each product is made in Nepal, by Sherpas, and named
after famous Sherpas. The first product line being introduced is the
Pema Dorje Sherpa Jacket. This is the jacket that Pema uses Pema Dorje
Sherpa is a simple, happy man who lives in Kumjung, in the Khumbu
Nepal. He has climbed Everest three times, and presently works as
a guide at Camp Five Expeditions. He always has a story to tell, and
can make you laugh until you cry. Each of these products compare in
quality and functionality to North Face, Columbia, Sierra Designs,
etc, but are priced at a level that real people can afford.
